Gerai, The Food Loft

Majority of college and university students have a common problem when it comes to deciding where to eat for lunch. I, on the other hand am no exception to that. But recently I’ve found this place called Gerai, The Food Loft that serves authentic local cuisines and drinks. The restaurant itself is located at CentrePoint Bandar Utama. The price of the food is reasonable and most of all, they taste really good. 3 main reasons why I’m drawn towards the place would be its environment, customer service and most of all, the taste and presentation of the food.

One of their specialties is their famous Butter Chicken Rice. The smell of the dish is so inviting and the presentation itself just makes you want to eat it even more. The texture of the butter sauce is very well balanced and does not overwhelmed the whole dish.

Next up would be their Steam Chicken Rice. The chicken meat is not like any other chicken meat that you eat in hawker stalls, nooo. This is way juicer and tender. The soy sauce under the bed of bean sprouts is not overwhelmingly salty. And the rice, the rice is so fragrant that the whole restaurant could smell it.
